The #ScrollLessChallenge starts Sunday!
Hello Folks,
I’m starting the #ScrollLessChallenge this Sunday, a 4-week journey to gradually reduce screen time and rediscover fun in offline activities.
The first cohort is FREE and starts on Sunday, 21st September.
How does the Challenge Work?
Medium: All participants will be added to a WhatsApp group for 4 weeks. After the challenge ends, the group will be deleted.
Weekly Prompts: Every Sunday, a new mini-challenge will be revealed. You’ll decide how to take it on in a way that fits your daily routine and personality.
Tracking Progress: Post one daily update about how you are tackling the week’s mini-challenge with a proof of action.
Wrap-up: At the end of 4 weeks, we’ll have a closing call to share takeaways and celebrate wins. The winner gets a prize.
How do I participate?
