The Scroll Less Challenge starts on 30th November'25

Hello Folks,
It’s been a month since the first cohort of the Scroll Less Challenge: a 4-week journey to gradually reduce screen time and rediscover fun in offline activities.
In the first cohort, 10 participants joined, but only 2 were able to complete the one-month Challenge. Was the challenge so difficult? No.
The challenge included simple weekly tasks like not touching your phone for an hour in the morning. These simple tasks proved too much for most participants, and they dropped off.
But the 2 who were able to make it to the fourth week experienced profound changes like
- Better concentration.
- Feeling guilty after 40 minutes of scrolling and consciously keeping the phone away.
- Enjoying long forgotten hobbies like journaling, painting and doodling.

How does the Challenge Work?
Medium: All participants will be added to a WhatsApp group for 4 weeks. We will have an introduction call with the cohort on the first day..
Weekly Prompts: Every Sunday, I will share a new challenge with the group. You’ll decide how to take it on in a way that fits your daily routine and personality.
Tracking Progress: Post one daily update about how you are tackling the week’s mini-challenge.
Weekly Catch-ups: Every Sunday at 10 AM IST, the cohort catches up over a 30-minute WhatsApp call to share their experience.
Wrap-up: At the end of 4 weeks, we’ll have a closing call to share takeaways and celebrate wins. The winner gets a prize.
